I’ve just started a new project with the working title of “The paper fox”. My aim is to create an interactive storybook on iPad and Android tablets… <see the full story here> @ <http://creattica.com/>
What a visual way to tell a story. Very clever technique, I’d love to see an animation with these characters. Could be a great exercise to rig these things up and make their performance feel as good as their look. You just naturally love these little guys, people can’t underestimate how well these characters have been designed. Great work!
Anka was born on December 4, 1980. She spent her childhood with books on art and her mothers’ drawing tools, covering acres of paper with her drawings… <read about her and see her photos at her website here>
She’s from Russia, and to me the stories she’s telling with her photos feel eastern european… She’s got a great feel for tone, and saying something with that moment she grabs. Suppose if you’re making one of Dostoyevski’s novels into a film you’d go to her for some inspiration. Her site is acting a little sluggish at the moment, but I highly suggest having some patience and checking out her photos!
Looks like this is an image submitted by <Bellman Design> on <creattica>…
They’re Australian, searched out their website <here>… Cool, some great work there. I really love this painting!
The online portfolio of Chris Newman… <see his full portfolio and find out more about him here>
Great style, and a thoroughly original take on human-droid design… love it.
